Transfer is a drag-and-drop app that sends a file straight to an Android phone or iPhone over USB or WiFi, with nothing to configure, and back again from the phone’s share sheet.

Transfers resume from the exact byte after a dropped connection or pulled cable, optional checksum verification makes sure a corrupted copy never appears, and each phone pairs once. Phones without the companion app can still send and receive files from any browser on the same WiFi by entering a 6-digit code or scanning a QR code.
